Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We are currently "local" delivering fresh baked goodies to addresses in Spring Lake, Spring Lake Heights, Belmar, Avon, Bradley Beach, Sea Girt, Manasquan, Point Pleasant and Brielle.
Q: When are the deliveries?
A: We typically make our deliveries on the morning of each "Bake Drop" day. Our Bake Drops are usually on Fridays so you can expect your order to be delivered Friday morning between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM. If this time is a problem, please let us know in advance.
Q: Why is the order cutoff Wednesday morning for Friday Deliveries?
A: We use no commercial yeast in our bread. Using wild yeast (or sourdough starter) requires a longer time for the dough to proof and rise and be ready to bake. Our sourdough bread process takes 48 hours.
Q: I don't live in the local delivery area. Can I order your baked goods?
A: We do have a pickup option available. Select "Pick Up" under Delivery Method at the time of checkout.
Q: What is the return policy?
A: Our products are made fresh to order so all sales are final.
Q: How long will the fresh baked good last?
A: We think you and your near and dear will love them so much there will never be any issue with freshness :) However, if they are not eaten within a day or so, please pack in an airtight container where they will stay fresh in the refrigerator for a week or in the freezer for a couple of months. Bring them to room temperature and you can microwave for a few seconds to refresh and recreate that fresh baked taste!
We recommend the sourdough breads be sliced when completely cool and packed in a freezer safe bag or container and frozen. Take out slices as you like and toast to recreate the just baked freshness.
Q: Are the nut free products allergen free?
A: Although some of our products do not have any nuts, we cannot guarantee they are allergen free as we are baking in a facility where there are nuts.
