This bread is gluten free and you would not know it! We use an organic blend of flours to make a delicious bread with a great crumb.
When bread is completely cooled, we recommend slicing and freezing. This is the best way to preserve the freshness if it won’t be consumed within a day. Take out as many slices as you want and pop into the toaster for a fresh baked experience.
Ingredients: organic tapioca flour, organic whole grain millet flour, organic sorghum flour, whole psyllium husk, superfine sugar, organic olive oil, apple cider vinegar, active dry yeast, salt (egg white brushed on top)
