We use no commercial yeast and our dough is 100% naturally leavened with a long fermentation period. This yields a delicious bread that’s more nutritious and also highly digestible.
Focaccia is best eaten on the day it's baked. To preserve its freshness for longer, we recommend cutting into individual serving sizes and freezing after the bread is completely cooled. Take out as many pieces as you want and pop into the oven or microwave for a fresh baked experience.
