Crustier with a more tangy flavor than our regular Artisan Bread. 

Our own cultivated gluten-free starter is the heart of this sourdough gluten-free Artisan Bread. The dough ferments slowly giving the bread its slightly tangy fllavor and crusty exterior. We use an organic blend of gluten free flours to make a delicious bread with a great crumb.

When bread is completely cooled, we recommend slicing and freezing. This is the best way to preserve the freshness if it won’t be consumed within a day. Take out as many slices as you want and pop into the toaster for a fresh baked experience.
