Our buns are the perfect balance of sweet and spiced - pillowy soft yet hearty. With the added combination of raisins, currants and orange zest, these buns are a must have on your holiday table this weekend!
We use no commercial yeast - our dough is 100% naturally leavened with wild yeast. We patiently let our dough proof and rise over 24 hours to give it the time (and love) to puff up and become soft and light. This yields a tender and delicate crumb in the sweet bun.
Bun Ingredients: Organic local grown wheat flour, organic whole milk, organic raisins, currants, grass-fed butter, egg, superfine sugar, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, salt
