
Made with locally grown wheat bread flour and locally grown whole wheat flour. This rustic sourdough bread is infused with the creamy texture of roasted potatoes and the mild, savory flavor of leeks, all enhanced by the pop of home-grown oregano. Potatoes and Leeks are the perfect soup combo and they are an equally delicious comfort food paired in sourdough bread.
We use no commercial yeast and our dough is 100% naturally leavened with a long fermentation period. This yields a delicious bread that’s more nutritious and also highly digestible.
When bread is completely cooled, we recommend slicing and freezing. This is the best way to preserve the freshness if it won’t be consumed within a day. Take out as many slices as you want and pop into the toaster for a fresh baked experience.
