Top your own Sourdough Focaccia! Learn the magic of sourdough and focaccia bread while creating your own edible work of art

Gather a group of 6 to 8 friends for a fun interactive experience topping your own Sourdough Focaccia. You'll learn a little bit about sourdough, specifically Focaccia. But mostly you'll have fun creatively topping your own Sourdough Focaccia.
The Sourdough Focaccia dough will be your canvas and the organic veggie toppings are your artistic media. Use your creativity to top your own Focaccia making it beautiful and delicious at the same time.
All this while enjoying delicious food in the company of your good friends!
The session is approximately 2 to 3 hours long. Highlights include:
- learning about sourdough and Focaccia
- "feeling" your own focaccia dough by dimpling
- decorating/topping your own focaccia
- Focaccia baking
You will go home with your own freshly baked sourdough focaccia.
Payment and Cancellation policy:
Due to the heavy preparation involved, payments must be made at least a week ahead of class day and payment is non-refundable. In case something causes you to change your plans, you may pass your spot on to a friend.
