Maple Pecan Sourdough is a variation of our Artisan sourdough loaf. It is dotted with farm-fresh organic pecans and has just the perfect hint of sweetness from pure maple syrup. It is perfect toasted and buttered.
Made with locally grown wheat bread flour and locally grown whole wheat flour, we use no commercial yeast and our dough is 100% naturally leavened with a long fermentation period. This yields a delicious bread that’s more nutritious and also highly digestible.
When bread is completely cooled, we recommend slicing and freezing. This is the best way to preserve the freshness if it won’t be consumed within a day. Take out as many slices as you want and pop into the toaster for a fresh baked experience.
