Our classic Cinnamon Dough Buns are updated with a fun seasonal twist. Orange and warm chai spices make this a delicious sweet bun for anytime of the day. The soft crunch of Corky's pecans and our classic cream cheese icing are the perfect finishing touches.
We use no commercial yeast - our dough is 100% naturally leavened with wild yeast. We patiently let our brioche type dough proof and rise over 24 hours to give it the time (and love) to puff up and become soft and light. This yields a tender and delicate crumb in the spice bun.
