A close cousin of our Cinnamon Dough Buns, warm cinnamon is woven through a light and airy dough and the sticky caramel topping is studded with plenty of fresh Corky's pecans making for the perfect treat anytime of day!
We use no commercial yeast - our dough is 100% naturally leavened with wild yeast. We patiently let our brioche dough proof and rise over 24 hours to give it the time (and love) to puff up and become soft and light. This yields a tender and delicate crumb in the bun.
