Made with locally grown organic flours. The addition of organic whole grain rye flour (25%) gives this bread a deep and earthy flavor. It has a slightly darker crust and a subtly denser crumb.
We use no commercial yeast and our dough is 100% naturally leavened with a long fermentation period. This yields a delicious bread that’s more nutritious and also highly digestible.
When bread is completely cooled, we recommend slicing and freezing. This is the best way to preserve the freshness if it won’t be consumed within a day. Take out as many slices as you want and pop into the toaster for a fresh baked experience.
