Our Artisan Sourdough loaf is elevated with the addition of seeds. Organic seeds are woven throughout the dough as well as used in coating the top. You get a nice crusty loaf with an extremely tender interior. Seeds used are flax, chia, pumpkin and hemp hearts.
We use no commercial yeast and our dough is 100% naturally leavened with a long fermentation period. This yields a delicious bread that’s more nutritious and also highly digestible.
When bread is completely cooled, we recommend slicing and freezing. This is the best way to preserve the freshness if it won’t be consumed within a day. Take out as many slices as you want and pop into the toaster for a fresh baked experience.
