Our classic Cinnamon Dough Buns are updated with apples and a scrumptious sticky caramel topping. The buns have a light airy texture and an amazing apple cinnamon filling woven throughout the center. The baked in caramel glaze is the perfect finish.
We use no commercial yeast - our dough is 100% naturally leavened with wild yeast. We patiently let our brioche dough proof and rise over 24 hours to give it the time (and love) to puff up and become soft and light. This yields a tender and delicate crumb in the cinnamon bun.
