These sticky buns are so delectable and cozy! Warm spices are woven through a light and airy dough. The sticky maple-caramel topping is studded with plenty of fresh Corky's walnuts clinching this as the perfect treat!
We use no commercial yeast and our dough is 100% naturally leavened with wild yeast. We patiently let our brioche dough proof and rise over 24 hours to give it the time (and love) to puff up and become soft and light. This yields a tender and delicate crumb in the bun.
