Made with locally grown wheat bread flour and locally grown whole wheat flour our Artisan Sourdough bread is elevated with sun-dried tomatoes and capers. The addition of oregano and red pepper flakes give you all the Mediterranean vibes in each bite. Great dipped in olive oil!
We use no commercial yeast and our dough is 100% naturally leavened with a long fermentation period. This yields a delicious bread that’s more nutritious and also highly digestible.
When bread is completely cooled, we recommend slicing and freezing. This is the best way to preserve the freshness if it won’t be consumed within a day. Take out as many slices as you want and pop into the toaster for a fresh baked experience.
