This pan loaf is made with locally grown and farmer milled organic wheat and whole wheat flour. A touch of honey and olive oil make this bread softer with a hint of sweetness. Shaped and baked in a loaf pan, it is easy to slice and perfect for toast or sandwiches.
We use no commercial yeast and our dough is 100% naturally leavened with a long fermentation period. This yields a delicious bread that’s more nutritious and also highly digestible.
We recommend slicing and freezing. This is the best way to preserve the freshness if it won’t be consumed within a day or so. Take out as many slices as you want and either let come to room temp or pop into the toaster for a fresh baked experience.
